What to expect when making your first order

For this example, let’s say you need to clean your bathroom

Step 1

Your first order will ship with your beautiful forever bottles, a refill pouch and a reply paid envelope.

Step 2

When your order arrives at your home, empty the contents of the refill pouch into your forever bottles.

Step 3

Pop the empty refill pouch into the reply paid envelope and send it back to us (postage paid).

Step 4

We will then clean the pouch, refill it, and send it back out
